Fleming-Advanced Outcomes Design designed, built, maintained, and supported a Monolithic Information System (MIS) for Fisher Technical Services Rentals (FTSR).

Fisher Technical Services Rentals provided technologically über-sophisticated automation equipment to permanent theater installations, temporary theater installations, trade shows, and movie productions.

The MIS allowed for centralization of all of the business information for FTSR's operations. This included inventory control, maintenance records, client data, customer relations management, and invoicing. Using Internet technologies, the MIS allowed FTSR clients to manage their own equipment rental needs as well as check on the status of orders and invoices while allowing FTSR personnel access to all business information.
